To this end, Lundbeck is extremely dedicated and engaged in the research, development, production, marketing and distribution of pharmaceuticals worldwide. The company's products are specialized in the treatment of diseases such as depression, schizophrenia, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. Lundbeck employs approximately 5,000 people in branches in more than 50 countries worldwide. The company's products are registered in more than 100 countries; production facilities are located in China, Denmark, France and Italy, while their research centre is located in Denmark.
Lundbeck was looking for a reliable provider they could put their trust in. This reliability not only refers to the provider itself, but also to their software. For them, it was important to find a software that would work independently and meet all individual, specific requirements of Lundbeck. Meaning, the "special structure" of the company had to be integrated. Mainly, a multi-national, multi-client capability for the DACH region had to be guaranteed. Moreover, maximum user-friendliness was a particular concern for Lundbeck, in order for the less technically inclined employees to not experience any struggles or disadvantages through the introduction of a new solution. This solution should be kept as simple as possible and at the same time, be state-of-the-art and innovative.
Lundbeck started an internal analysis to define which approach was right for a multi-national implementation of Time & Attendance and Vacation Planning. Due to the optimal structure of the German branch, Lundbeck finally decided that Germany was the best location to start the proejct. After a successful go-live in Germany, it was much easier to replace the previous time recording systems in Austria and Switzerland. The rollout to the other countries could thus be ensured quickly and easily, in line with the German project framework, including minor adjustments and changes to the internal structure.
Dmitrij SiebertHR Coordinator Business Area Central Human ResourcesThe package deal consisting of software features and professional consulting sales is what ultimately convinced us. Zucchetti impressed us with by far the best presentation in combination with their professional, high-level consultation. Very quickly, it became clear to us that Zucchetti is the reliable partner we were looking for. Despite our initial skepticism, due to Zucchetti not being a German provider, we decided to place our trust in the German team, as their competence in the HR department convinced us immediately.
The request was successful.
