Lundbeck was looking for a reliable provider they could put their trust in. This reliability not only refers to the provider itself, but also to their software. For them, it was important to find a software that would work independently and meet all individual, specific requirements of Lundbeck. Meaning, the "special structure" of the company had to be integrated. Mainly, a multi-national, multi-client capability for the DACH region had to be guaranteed. Moreover, maximum user-friendliness was a particular concern for Lundbeck, in order for the less technically inclined employees to not experience any struggles or disadvantages through the introduction of a new solution. This solution should be kept as simple as possible and at the same time, be state-of-the-art and innovative.
Lundbeck started an internal analysis to define which approach was right for a multi-national implementation of Time & Attendance and Vacation Planning. Due to the optimal structure of the German branch, Lundbeck finally decided that Germany was the best location to start the proejct. After a successful go-live in Germany, it was much easier to replace the previous time recording systems in Austria and Switzerland. The rollout to the other countries could thus be ensured quickly and easily, in line with the German project framework, including minor adjustments and changes to the internal structure.
