DIGITAL SIGNATURE AND TIMESTAMP



Zucchetti, since October 2015, is Accredited Registrar to AgID for the emission of digital signature qualified certificates. In line with the new eIDAS Regulation (910/2014 EU Regulation), that came into force on 1st July 2016, Zucchetti obtained the Qualified Trust Service Provider certification for Digital Signature and Timestamps. Zucchetti’s digital signatures and timestamps therefore have full legal value in all EU States.


DIGITAL PRESERVATION



Zucchetti, since October 2015, is Accredited Registrar to AgID for Digital Preservation. It also complies with the requirements indicated in art. 24 of the 910/2014 eIDAS EU Regulation (that came into force on 1st July 2016) having obtained the product certification for the Digital Preservation service, as stated in the “List of Comparison for the activities of vigilance and certification of conformity v.1 of April 14th 2017”, created by AgID.


QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM



Zucchetti adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) conforming to the ISO 9001:2008 rule, aimed at answering business goals such as:

  • Guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the satisfaction of customer needs
  • Optimizing the organization of resources and the interactions among business processes
  • Avoid possible situations and conditions of non-conformity of products and/or services


INFORMATION SECURITY



Zucchetti gives strategic importance to the processing of information and it recognizes the need to constantly develop, maintain, control and improve an Information Security Management System (ISMS), in conformity with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 rule.


PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM



Zucchetti has adopted a Personal Information Management System compliant with the BS 10012:2017 standard within the scope of the processes and activities regarding the supply of fiduciary services, compliant digital storage, services provided by the data center and software development and marketing, in order to guarantee the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Reg 2016/679) iin force as from 25 May 2018 in all Member States of the European Union.
