From accounting firm to leading software house in Italy
Mino
Domenico Zucchetti (known to everyone as Mino), the eldest of five children of a farmer from Lodi, started his career as an accountant and after obtaining a degree in Economics and brief experiences as a teacher and an employee, he opened his own accounting firm.
The Company
Mino the accountant had the insight, as the first in Italy, to create software, capable of automating tax return management, providing a competitive advantage for his firm. He soon realised that his software would become essential for all accountants in Italy, leading him to found Zucchetti to market it nationally.
IBM Italy chooses Zucchetti
IBM Italy chooses to include Zucchetti's solutions for accountants in its catalog and to market them through its distribution network. This partnership significantly boosts the Zucchetti's brand visibility across the country.
Develops the first software for businesses
Mino decides to expand the offering for professionals and develpos payroll processing software, which will later be customized to meet business needs. Together with attendance tracking software, this marks the launch of the first software offering for companies.
