New Mago releases: MagoCloud 2.3 – MagoWEB 1.3 – Mago4 4.3

The last release of Mago contains several news in the Logistics area, mainly in the Store Management, WMS and MagoAPI modules.

With the Store Management module is now possible to connect Tilby in addition to TCPOS.

Immediate data synchronization and consistency of information between the systems means efficiency: Mago on one side, power backend able to manage masters, accounting and inventory transactions, TCPOS and/or Tilby on the other side, point of sales which allow you to manage the store tasks in a very efficient and fast way.

The success of the integration relies on information sharing between the two systems. Mago with the role of masters manager, is the software where VAT codes, retail categories and items are created. The Item master, in particular, is sent to the POS with a lot of crucial parameters, such as prices, categories, barcode, brand and variants (sizes and colours).

The sales documents issued by the POS systems (fiscal bills, invoices, credit notes and not collected receipts) are imported in Mago with the consequent automatic generation of inventory and accounting entries linked to the specific store, considering all the possible peculiarities as not collected payments, gift cards, subsidies, etc.

Several and flexible are the discounts and promotions appliable by our POS systems. They can be discounts on item or discounts on document total or customized for customer: all the characteristics and document details are imported in Mago exactly as they are, allowing performing the inventory and accounting operations without mistakes.

The integration of data and processes between Mago and TCPOS / Tilby makes the company more efficient: it represents a secure opportunity for growth and development in the retail market.

The number of retailers considering the omnichannel a fundamental and strategic lever to expand their sales is constantly increasing. Adopting an ominichannel retail strategy has, as first goal, to make the customer experience unique, guarantee a purchase path without interruptions, allowing starting an activity on a channel (i.e. eCommerce) and concluding finalizing the purchase in the physical shop.

For this reason, Mago increases the integration with the most common eCommerce, adding Shopware to the already integrated Magento.

Another important and very strategic module of Mago is the WMS (Warehouse Management System). Monitoring the goods from the receipt in the warehouse to the processing of shipping orders, the Mago WMS allows you to optimize the inventory stock, organize the physical storage space and in consequence the minimum routes for workers. Therefore, the WMS offers a very important support to the company in the management and optimization of the storage dynamics which become even more complex when you need to move goods managed with sizes and colours. The last Mago release makes the Variants Plus and the WMS modules compatible.

In addition, the WMS is now activable even when Mago uses the CGM (the Company Group Management).
By putting all these modules together Mago becomes the ERP of refence even in case of very complex and structured organizations where the headquarters needs a complex logistics to redistribute the goods to different stores with the same or different VAT number.

The company ERP represents now, and will represent further in the future, the neuralgic core of the operative processes of a whole company. For this reason, the integration with the different company’s applications, even of third parties, becomes fundamental. The enhancement of MagoAPI continues; in this last release of Mago more APIs are available, to import Sales Orders, Supplier Orders, Bill of Ladings and Transfer Requests between Shops.
