Scrigno integrates with Infinity 4.0 platform and becomes a collaboration suite

The integration with a Virtual Workspace allows customized data access and collaboration with other company users.

Scrigno, the multi-property cloud solution for the management of hotel groups, independent hotels and resorts, is now integrated with a Virtual Workspace that allows customized data access and collaboration with other company users. These new functions are built on the Infinity Application Framework: the Zucchetti innovative delevopment platform with a wide application coverage and collaborative functionalities.

Scrigno thus makes available some new tools, such as: customized dashboards, CRM, DMS, department agenda and chat, business intelligence, email and ticketing system.
Let’s see them in detail:

CUSTOMIZED DASHBOARDS
Dashboards are built on the Scrigno database, and can be customized according to the user's profile and role, in order to have a complete control over the daily operations (arrival list, in-house customer list, departure list, free rooms, scheduled conferences etc.)

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This is a web interface for document management. It allows you to collect, acquire, share, distribute and manage complex document processes: the integrated search engine allows indexing archived documents and email messages in order to quickly and easily find all the useful information.

DEPARTMENT AGENDA AND CHAT
These are useful tools to share information and files between operators and departments, to collaborate and interact easily during normal daily operations.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE with INFINITY ANALYTICS
Infinity Analytics is the business intelligence software that offers powerful easy-to-use features taking data directly from the Scrigno database: you can build your dashboards and revenue analysis based on real-time data and get all the key indicators that allow you to know the sales trend.

EMAIL AND TICKETING SYSTEM
With this system you can manage all the requests arriving at the Booking Center, via email or telephone, in an orderly time flow and with simple, fast and reliable tools.

CRM
