The ZUCCHETTI Group, with a turnover of more than one billion three hundred million euros in 2022, more than 700,000 customers, 8,000 employees and already present in most European countries and in the United States, allows its subsidiary Zucchetti France, through this strategic merger, to consolidate its hotel division, and to allow the greatest number of people to benefit from the strength of its Lean PMS, TCPOS and Tilby POS, Vertical Booking and SimpleBooking CRS solutions.
The Quatuhore Group has 3 regional agencies (Strasbourg, Rennes, Toulouse), and Zucchetti is very happy to consolidate its national presence thanks to the teams in charge of the sale, installation, implementation and maintenance of the Vega solution. Vega is a multi-functional software (PMS, POS, SPA, Stock Seminar, ...) that will serve as a reference to offer Quatuhore's customers the best software offer on the market.
The integration of Quatuhore echoes the Zucchetti group's conviction that it is by getting closer to major players in the market that its software offers, already present on the market in major hotel chains, will find an echo among all hoteliers in France, whether they are independent, members of voluntary chains or groups!
