The omni-functional TCPOS solution is the centre of Zucchetti’s presence this year at EuroShop in Hall 6, at Stand E31. It has been extended with many innovative applications, from Self-Checkout to Self-Ordering Kiosk, from apps to E-commerce systems, Digital Signage, Mobile App, ERP and Human Resource management systems. Everything is completely integrated in the iCore concept, Zucchetti’s strategy that helps vendors in food, fashion and travel retail being supported by a software ecosystem in sales, services to guests and staff organization.

TCApp: mobile ordering and payments
Nowadays, the smartphone is a daily companion for many tasks. In hospitality, TCPOS offers an important benefit for customers in travel retail and hospitality: with TCApp, guests can order and pay at the restaurant. With this white label app, restaurant owners can offer their guests a convenient combination of menu reservations and the possibility to quickly pay with their mobile through an easy-to-use application.

Self-Checkout: No more queues at the POS
TCPOS innovative self-checkout combines proven cash register technology with intuitive self-service for taking payments in retail trade and catering. The small self-checkouts reduce queues and contribute to a smooth shopping experience with a seamless checkout procedure. The retailer is free to design the UI as desired or adorn the self-service till with pictures of products and offers. A customized look can be created easily in the retailer’s brand environment.

Self-Ordering Kiosk for the quickest service
Another highlight is the self-ordering kiosk – it combines POS technology with intuitive self-order technology. Customers can place their orders at the kiosk and receive it at the counter, or they can take a puck with them to their table so waiters will be able to find them. The main focus in the development focused on the user experience – it was designed to be as comprehensive, uncomplicated and convenient as possible. The kiosk seamlessly integrates the placing of orders into the workflow: from orders in the kitchen over data transfer, up to the point of sale – easy, quick and convenient.

MAGO ERP, making seamless retail real
To make sales happen basic processes have to work: information wherever it is needed, service whenever it is wanted. To ensure this, Zucchetti offers an integrated solution, between ERP Mago POS system TCPOS, aimed at making Seamless Retail concept real, using different customer touchpoints. Once the checkout is done, all customer and order data are posted directly as a sales order to Mago ERP where it is managed in an integrated central process in all its individual logistic and manufacturing steps.

Workforce Management and Scheduling
Zucchetti will exhibit Infinity Zucchetti, its Human Capital Management Suite. The solution covers all operative personnel management areas, from T&A over shift planning and management up to Workflow Management and self-service functionalities. HR Infinity enables the organization of employees and shifts based on qualifications, tariffs and other data and provides a web-based and mobile access.
