The new Mago Contact Management module provides you with a simple and reduced way to manage commercial opportunities.
One of the most interesting news in the latest version of MagoWEB 1.5 MagoCloud 2.5 and Mago4 4.5 certainly concerns the Contact Management module.
In Mago it is possible to access the contact and customer data entries where you can define master data, any references, shipping addresses, where to send documents and all information necessary for the customer management from the moment of a quotation or any other type of document has to be issued, i.e. delivery note or invoice.
However, there is a previous phase that involves negotiation. In order to sell our products to as many customers as possible, it is necessary to carry out a series of activities such as contacting the potential customer via telephone, defining the products that best meet their needs, sending emails, preparing a quotation, negotiating until you obtain a sale or you miss the opportunity.
For a company it is important to verify, using specific analysis tools, the percentage of negotiations closed positively, the area managers able to achieve the best results, investigate the reasons for missed opportunities in order to study possible corrective actions.

The Products master allows registering specific codes which generally refer to the commercial product offered during the negotiation phase.The opportunity can be made out to a contact or a customer. It is possible to specify the reference person and the worker in charge of the negotiation. You can link multiple tasks to perform to the opportunity.
It is a very flexible module, in fact it allows you to freely define the progress steps both of tasks and opportunities. A simple procedure allows updating the activity status and eventually duplicate the activity to facilitate its insertion in the event that the completion of one activity determines others.
In MagoCloud and MagoWEB the progress of the status of opportunities is easily managed through a kanban where it is possible to have a complete picture of all the open negotiations of a worker or of all the workers belonging to our team. A simple drag-and-drop is sufficient to move an opportunity to the next step. A simple click on the three dots button is sufficient to directly access the opportunity master and view all data of interest and the possible related activities. The green, yellow and red thermometer indicates whether the opportunity is “hot”. The temperature can be set easily and freely.
