We are pleased to announce a new version of Mago still rich in content, increasingly attentive to company needs and increasingly aimed at simplifying and reducing the work of operators.

There are numerous improvements especially relevant to the logistics area, such as the possibility of managing multiple item codes for each supplier, even differentiated by variant, or the possibility of setting an item managed both at variants and lots.

A new procedure allows the fast updating of line cost for unloading inventory entries, while the line cost for loading inventory entries can be updated immediately upon saving the entry. Thanks to these implementations the inventory value calculation in case of punctual valuation criteria, such as the Single Step Lifo Fifo and the Weighted Average of Period, is faster and simplified.
Updating the line cost can also be useful when Mago is queried via an analytic to determine the profit of each single inventory entry.

If you have already tried the EDI module to import items in Mago or export Purchase Orders or import Bills of Lading, from today it is possible to perform the same operations via an FTP service.

The Warehouse Management System module is indispensable for increasing control and speeding up shipping operations. To simplify the goods receipt in the warehouse, the WMS mobile procedure has been reviewed, in order to quickly mark the goods actually received compared to the ones ordered.

It happens more and more frequently to encounter companies that require all the processes provided by our WMS, but integrate automatic systems for the receipt and issue of goods instead of using classic handhelds by workers. For this reason we have released the new Open WMS module that provides the integration with Mago via API to post any type of operation to be performed inside a WMS storage.

Since it is very clear that companies need multichannel we continue to integrate Mago with eCommerce systems. In this latest version the integration between Mago and Shopify has been released, in addition to Magento that now also provides the multistore management and Shopware that, like Magento, introduces the orders status progress.

This version of Mago also further improves the Store Management. It is declared the total compatibility with TCPOS 8.1.1.

It is made available a report that facilitates control between the goods issued to stores and the goods receipt from stores.

A new procedure has been released to quickly and easily manage the massive replenishment towards stores.

The Instore mobile Android application, starting from the first version following MagoCloud 2.5, MagoWeb 1.5, Mago4 4.5 will be automatically updated according to the latest compatible version, without requiring any manual intervention from the operator; it may receive improvements and bugs fixing at any time.

Thanks to the new implementations, users will be able to check the transfer requests status and any related documents directly from the app, they will be able to see the reason automatically proposed in inventory entries posting and view possible notes in the Item Info.

We have already presented the integration between Mago and Infinity CRM that in this release adds the variants management.
