Mago Enhances 360° Management with New Features for Stock Replenishment and Manufacturing

The new version of MagoCloud 2.4, MagoWeb 1.4 e Mago4 4.4 includes easier and more automatized stock replenishment.

Mago, increasingly attentive to a 360° management of the functionalities that makes available to you, is today also more suitable for your business. The new version of MagoCloud 2.4, MagoWeb 1.4 and Mago4 4.4 includes easier and more automatized stock replenishment, allowing a more complete variants management. Not least is the manufacturing area where data collection has been improved with an adequate and efficient system.

The replenishment is certainly one of the most important tasks that a sales activity must carry out, be it wholesale or retail, therefore, to make this operation suitable for any need, the Stock replenishment procedure has been created, capable of manage the replenishment of both big warehouses and stores.

The main news in the Stock Replenishment are the Variants management and the possibility of calculating the quantity to reorder based on sales forecast.

The procedure has different aspects according to the activation of the Store management module, in fact it displays settings and filters based on the activity. In case of store the procedure allows you to calculate the quantity to reorder not only considering the minimum and maximum stock or sales, but the user can decide to apply specific rules that must be set in the Mago parameters. For example, it is possible to order specific product categories from the headquarters or suppliers rather than decide if the goods must be sent directly to the store or to the headquarters that will handle the redistribution. In case of Store Management, Mago also considers the opening and closing date of the store to establish the estimated delivery date.

Furthermore, it is possible to determine sales forecasts based on history, setting the systems for saving the quantity sold by storage and period. Mago is able to manage up to twelve periods per item which can be intended as daily, weekly or monthly according to your preferences. The sold history will be used instead of the customer ordered to calculate the quantity to replenish.

The manufacturing module is becoming more and more accessible. A new arrow is now available to the bow of the Open MES module, which after having opened the doors to the sending and receiving of the main manufacturing data, now presents its own solution: the DCS (Data Collection System) Web App. 

So not only an integration with large-scale MES applications, but also a small native solution.... small yes, but capable of satisfying large needs!
