• Housekeeping App Enhancement: View Supplements in Room Details: Housekeeping staff can now view supplements in the room details associated with reservations. This new feature ensures that all additional amenities and requests are visible, improving service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• POK System Enhancements: Arrange Room Types for Walk-In Reservations:

The POK system now allows users to configure from LEAN PMS the display order of room types for walk-in reservations. This feature ensures that the most relevant and available rooms are shown first, enhancing the booking process for front desk staff.

Modify Room Assignment Order:
Users can now adjust the order of room types from LEAN PMS for assignment when managing walk-in reservations or checking in unassigned reservations. This flexibility allows for better management of room inventory and guest preferences.

We have optimized the process of uploading photos to the POK system. Photos can now be uploaded directly in the room type section of the LEAN PMS and synchronized seamlessly with POK, ensuring that room images are always up-to-date and accurately displayed.
