Already available and in use by a lot of customers for several years, it was created specifically to optimize the logistics process management, improve the operations precision, and increase the efficiency of the complex supply chain.

• Optimize the use of space, ensuring the best location for the goods following the rules provided by Mago.
• Reduce possible errors by using barcodes to identify the goods and their location.

All these benefits can be increased with the implementation of the WMS Mobile application. This solution offers to the warehouse worker the possibility of working in a very intuitive way using Android mobile devices equipped with barcode readers. Thanks to this technology it is possible to read and get all information contained in the barcode used (item, lot, expiry date, quantity, bin, storage unit, etc), reducing at the minimum possible mistakes and speeding up daily operations.

To guarantee the complete management with the WMS and to satisfy all possible customer needs, we have now included the Item Variants management.

The use of the Variant Plus eliminates the need to define separate masters for each variant of an item, such as for differences in sizes or colours. It is sufficient to enable the item variant management, recall a variant template or define a customized variant for the item, recalling all the possible attributes. This approach offers several advantages, including improved efficiency during inventory operations, ensuring a clear view of the quantities available and reducing data duplication. Furthermore, it allows customizing the offers to adapt them to the specific requirements of the customers and to keep inventory balances under control in a very simple way.

Even the Corporate Group Management (CGM) has been reviewed to ensure total compatibility with the WMS module. It means that, once enabled, it is possible to manage the different companies of the single organization using a shared database and so sharing the same masters, as customers suppliers and items. Furthermore, thanks to the WMS, each company belonging to the group can manage its own storages by applying the WMS logic and getting all the advantages previously described. This integration makes the WMS complete and very efficient under any aspect.
