The Scrigno Suite is confirmed compliant to the French NF525 fiscal certification

The NF525 rules obliges PMS and POS systems distributed in France that issue sales bills and invoices to comply to a number of requirements

The Scrigno Suite has obtained the renewal of the NF525 certification from Infocert, the certification authority licensed by the French Government, which complies with the French tax law.

The NF525 rules obliges PMS and POS systems distributed in France that issue sales bills and invoices to comply to a number of requirements in order to guarantee the reliability, integrity, security and storage of registered sales data. The purpose of this anti-fraud law is to avoid the modification or deletion of transactions, and reduce tax evasion across the European Union.

The 2016 Finance Act affects all companies that are required to pay sales tax/VAT in France. The French law requires that any taxable business recording payments via a cash drawer, accounting, or management software is required to utilize a program which meets the established conditions of sales data inalterability, security, storage, and archiving.

Our commitment to get the NF525 certification has been very demanding, but it represents an important achievement that confirms GP DATI's ability and willingness to follow customers at an international level.

Some hotels in France are using GP Dati’s Scrigno and Easymeal systems compliant with the NF525 certification.
