The HR Tech division of Zucchetti Brazil is thrilled to announce the acquisition of a great new client: ArcelorMittal. The world leaders in steel manufacturing are now using Elofy’s solution to manage OKR’s and engagement on their national  team.
ArcelorMittal Brazil is the largest steel manufacturer in the country, with an installed capacity of over 12.5 million tonnes/year. With industrial plants in six different cities, the company employs about 17,000 people. 

Founded in 2017, the startup Elofy was acquired by Zucchetti Brazil last year and has 100,000 users from medium and large companies. The platform integrates several services in one environment: goals and objectives (OKR) management, performance appraisal, individual development plan, continuous feedback, 1:1 conversations and customizable surveys.
