In-recruiting lands in Brazil

Starting from this October, In-recruiting officially becomes part of Zucchetti's product portfolio in Brazil.

The launch of the product took several months of preparation, which served to correctly position the product with respect to competitors on the market.
The first marketing initiatives showed the interest of the market for ATS solutions and allowed Zucchetti Brazil to conquer the first important customer: VENTANA SERRA DO BRASIL, an Italian multinational company that is part of the ARCESE group and that is present in Brazil with more than 13 offices.

The synergic effort of the In-recruiting team and of the local commercial team was crucial to achieve this success, but above all the collaboration of ITALCAM - the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce of Sao Paulo, with which Zucchetti actively collaborates to strengthen the networking of Italian companies in Brazil.
In-recruiting's launch strategy in the Brazilian market includes cross-selling actions on the existing customer base, but above all an aggressive outbound marketing approach to rapidly grow the platform's customer base.
In-recruiting strengthens Zucchetti's HRTech division in Brazil which already counts with extremely innovative solutions such as Elofy (OKR management software) and, soon, Beaconforce.
