What’s new? 

SPORTRICK continues on the path of digital transformation for swimming pools, sports centres and gyms with the upcoming release of a new version of the management system. Here are some new features included in the next 3.8 update.      

CUSTOMER'S PORTAL: NEW BOOKING INTERFACE   

Digitalisation has become nowadays one of the most important goals for fitness clubs, swimming pools and sports centres and the list of digital touchpoints and tools involved is huge and manifold at the same time. In particular, if we focus on the interactions between customers and club, the booking tool is a good point to start with. For this reason SPORTRICK studied a new booking interface for its integrated customer's portal that ensures an intuitive and friendly user experience. Thanks to a new and clean three-days calendar overview, with new text labels and colour legend, customers can see which classes can be booked, the related instructors and their existing bookings at a glance. All the information that the customer needs is available in one section!    

NEW SERVICE BOOKING TO INCREASE DIGITAL INTERACTIONS FROM THE INTEGRATED CUSTOMER'S PORTAL   

What clubs ask, SPORTRICK provides! Thanks to the dedicated customer's portal, club members can now independently book services like personal training sessions or physiotherapy treatments, among other digital interactions like managing their purchases, renewals and class bookings, freezing their membership and paying for new purchases and pending instalments. More services, more value for customers!    

GETTING READY FOR CHRISTMAS: NEW GIFT CARD AUTOMATION    

Gift cards have become a perfect covid-free present among an increasingly digitalised and ecommerce oriented public. The reason why? Gift cards can be purchased and sent digitally to our loved ones. SPORTRICK’s new gift card automation allows fitness operators and swimming centres to sell gift cards issued directly from the management software. After the purchase, the customer will immediately receive an email with the generated code that can be sent as a gift.  

BRAND NEW CLOUD-STORAGE SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS  

Our goal: no paper required for receipts or documents. SPORTRICK has taken another step further  launching new integrations with the most popular cloud storage tools on the market: One Drive, One Drive for Business and Google Drive. The integration between SPORTRICK and a cloud storage tool offers many advantages, avoiding paper waste and allowing clubs to store and have an online and quick access to the customers’ documents like certificates and contracts. Moreover, customers can also have access to the same documents from the user portal wherever they are with total transparency.
