The owner needed to modernize Borgo Nonino, an innovative project of the Nonino family in the field of hospitality and leisure, with tools and software specialized in the hospitality sector. The need was to manage
the rooms of the Borgo, the online sales of the rooms and of the "experiences" (also separately from a stay) and the creation of a dedicated website focused on tourist hospitality, which would be an engaging showcase for end users and at the same time a powerful sales tool for the customer. Everything had to be managed with reliable and easy-to-use software tools, integrated with each other to simplify day-to-day operations, also with integration of the main company's accounting solution.

The completeness of the Zucchetti Group's hospitality offer made it possible to meet the needs of a customer with high quality standards such as Borgo Nonino. The project, designed to fulfill the individual requirements of the structure, integrated several solutions. The Hoasys PMS management system, in the on premises version,
developed on a professional relational database, chosen for its security and reliability. The Vertical Booking solution to simplify management and increase Borgo Nonino's bookings, configured with:
• the booking engine and channel manager, interfaced with the Hoasys management system, for the management and sale of stays from the website and tourist portals;
• the Service Provider module for sales of "experiences" in stand alone e-commerce mode, without the need to book a room, directly from the website.
