Zucchetti Spain Acquires iArchiva and Enters the Document Process Automation Market

iArchiva is a modular software for intelligent document process management that allows clients to customize, integrate, and automate administrative processes in a single tool.

Bilbao, April 17, 2024 / Zucchetti Spain continues to break new ground for its business growth through the acquisition of iArchiva, a young company with an innovative IDP document process automation solution. iArchiva already has more than 60 million documents managed and has important clients such as Banco de Crédito Cooperativo, Grupo Primafrío or EMT Madrid (Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid).

With this new acquisition, it consolidates its strategic presence in the document automation solutions market and broadens its horizons to strengthen its position in the global market.

Zucchetti Spain, a subsidiary of the Zucchetti Group in Spain and the spearhead of its international expansion in the Spanish market, adds a new manufacturer through this recent acquisition, which will enrich its software offering as a result of the previous additions of Solmicro, IDS, i68, Arion, Seteco, Sarce and Altai.

iArchiva, the Solution for the Intelligent Management of Document Processes

iArchiva is a modular software for intelligent document process management that allows clients to customize, integrate, and automate administrative processes in a single tool.

While many companies still work with very specialized tools that are difficult and expensive to scale, iArchiva is not based on document structuring. It moves freely in the analysis of the different files that the company receives, extracting the relevant data for each area, thus helping to save time and improve productivity. It is a flexible tool, with a high configurability and scalability, which does not require programming and allows you to focus on IaaS services. It also has vertical solutions in the agri-food, transport, distribution and hotel sectors.

It is an intelligent document automation software that responds to the current needs of companies, which do not know what type of documents or in what format they will receive. This innovative solution searches for relevant information in documents through natural language processing and allows information to be localized, allowing it to be managed faster, more efficiently and more economically.

A New Acquisition that Consolidates Zucchetti Spain's Leadership in the National Market

With this new operation, Zucchetti Spain consolidates its expansion strategy in the Spanish market and expands its range of services, also covering the growing need for document automation of companies.

"With the acquisition of iArchiva, we strengthen our solution offering and fully enter the IDP market. In our quest to provide a comprehensive service to our customers, we respond to the growing demand for automation solutions that systematize the extraction of data from a variety of documents and formats." Justino Martínez Salinas, CEO of Zucchetti Spain.
