The New Calendar module makes In-recruiting software unique!

The Recruitment Process Becomes Faster and Easier

In-recruiting just released the Calendar module: a new, graphically and functionally updated version of the old Appointments module. It will allow recruiters and HR to better manage calendars, appointments and interviews without leaving the ATS.

The estimated time to call a candidate for an interview is 2.5 weeks after the application. 75% of recruiters' time is spent on interviews and the average time for planning 1 interview is 30min to 2 hours.

The new In-recruiting Calendar makes the recruitment process even faster and easier by simplifying the scheduling of interviews, appointments and calendar management. New features are now available, from the graphical interface to new useful functions for recruiters.

Graphic restyling
The restyling work has given a new look to the In-recruiting Calendar, improving its appearance in terms of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface). The restyling aims to improve usability and make the recruiter's navigation and experience more intuitive, fluid and functional, even from a mobile. It is now possible to filter appointments by week, month, year, and day, within a specific time range or by the 'Proposed' function and manage all calendars.

Multiple Calendar
Now recruiters can manage multiple calendars simultaneously and directly in the software. Each company user can create and edit up to 10 calendars, enable or disable their visibility, share them with colleagues and other users, and choose which Calendar to associate an appointment with when creating it.

Calendar sharing
Recruiters can get to know and assess their commitments and availability before setting appointments. It enhances organisation and limits re-planning. Users can share their Calendars with their colleagues and show all information, only the title of appointments or occupied slots.

Calendar synchronisation
The new Calendar will also allow users to automatically synchronise their personal Calendar (Microsoft Exchange, Google Calendar or iCloud) with their In-recruiting Calendar and vice versa.

Automatic appointment scheduling
Another new feature released concerns the automatic appointment scheduler, which allows a link to be sent to candidates by which they can choose their interview date. This functionality enables, like Calendly, to schedule appointments quickly and easily by selecting a date from several indicated slots.

Additional functionalities of the In-recruiting Calendar
In-recruiting Calendar module will also allow you to:

  • Give candidates the possibility of confirming an appointment directly from the e-mail without accessing their reserved area;
  • Choose the type of appointment (in-office, online or via the Meetin live video interview system);
  • Set a predefined location for in-person appointments;
  • Create daily appointments;
  • Hide a company user's participation in the appointment.
