MagoWeb manages the administrative and accounting area, with functionalities related to General, Forecasting, and Analytical Accounting. It provides tools for financial analysis and assists in the production of attachments. It includes modules dedicated to asset depreciation, management of professionals, and digital communications. It exchanges data with Zucchetti applications dedicated to tax declarations and payroll.

Administative Area 

MagoWeb manages the administrative and accounting area, featuring functionalities related to General, Forecasting, and Analytical Accounting. It provides tools for financial analysis and assists in the production of attachments. It includes modules dedicated to asset depreciation, management of professionals, and digital communications. It also exchanges data with Zucchetti applications dedicated to tax declarations and payroll.



Sales & Purchasing Area 

MagoWeb manages the active and passive cycle, starting from quotes and progressing through orders, delivery notes, and subsequent invoicing. It includes modules dedicated to Sales Force Management, credit management, and regulatory compliance such as CONAI and RAEE.


It integrates with the Zucchetti Digital Hub for managing electronic invoicing.

It complements the Purchasing cycle with Quality Control procedures.

Warehouse and Logistics Area

MagoWeb manages both the fiscal and physical warehouse, along with logistics. It provides precise and detailed management of availability and stock, differentiated by deposits and warehouses, complemented by a powerful Warehouse Management System for complete organization of goods flows and storage. It also includes a dedicated mobile app for logistics staff. The warehouse can be managed by batches, ensuring complete traceability, and supports all types of barcodes, both for printing and scanning.

Manufacturing Area 

MagoWeb coordinates production, starting with the definition of the production process using Bill of Materials, cycles, and variants, accompanied by a commercial configurator. The execution and control phase of the processes is supported by numerous dedicated functions, including a mobile app. It manages material withdrawals in a detailed manner from multiple deposits, including by batches. It allows for deposits of waste and second choices, with batch traceability through Quality Management.


Dedicated modules are available for activity planning, including MRP/II. The offering is completed by a tool management module and extensive control reporting

Store Management Area

MagoWeb manages retail points of sale through integration with POS systems and centralized data management as a backend. It allows for the definition of the retail network, including assortments, price lists, variants, sizes/colors, etc. It handles all logistics for the point of sale, including inventories, procurement, reorders, and transfers between stores, all simplified through the InStore mobile app


It captures receipts, invoices, and returns, ensuring alignment with the warehouse and related accounting entries, while also managing purchase vouchers, loyalty cards, and meal tickets
