Zucchetti Fortifies Offer for the International Hospitality Sector with Hotel Software “easybooking”

The 'all-in-one' solution (PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine) becomes part of the Italian software group following the 100% acquisition of both the Austrian company zadego, which develops and markets it, and its German subsidiary zadego Deutschland


Zucchetti's growth continues unabated, both on the Italian market and internationally, also thanks to a targeted activity of acquisitions that aim to bring new solutions (and new skills) to the group to expand its offer of digital solutions for vertical sectors.

Based on this expansion perspective, particularly for the hospitality market, the 100% acquisition of zadego (and its German subsidiary), a company based in Innsbruck, Austria, which develops and markets the hotel software 'easybooking', has been completed. In completing this acquisition, Zucchetti was supported by Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, and by BDO Corporate Finance GmbH and BDO Austria GmbH.

easybooking is an 'all-in-one' solution (PMS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine) that already boasts over 6,000 customers between accommodation facilities operating in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
