This year too Zucchetti will participate in Zukunft Personal Europe, the prestigious fair in Cologne dedicated to technological innovations in HR and reserved to all companies that have been able to introduce products with a high rate of innovation for the HR sector.
The innovation introduced by Zucchetti for 2019 is ZED, a disruptive chatbot based on artificial intelligence and designed to support employees of any company in all processes involving the HR division.
From work shifts to holiday plan, through expense reports, personal documents, company fleet management and professional transfers, ZED is the digital assistant that, thanks to its perfect integration with the Zucchetti Infinity platform and the management app of human resources in mobility ZConnect, is able to respond quickly, easily and precisely to all the employee's requests in these areas.
Zucchetti is the Italian leader in the HR Management sector with important clients known also at international level. This is the case for example of Edeka Fuchs, one of the leading supermarket chains in Germany, Penny Market, a discount line of the German group Rewe and present in Europe with over 3,000 points of sale and Boggi Milano, one of the most established menswear brands, who chose Zucchetti solutions for human resources management and showed great satisfaction.
