Zucchetti acquires Debcred to consolidate its presence in Brazil

With the ERP solutions developed by Debcred, Zucchetti is now capable of covering the managerial needs of companies of any size in the Brazilian market.

Zucchetti continues its strategic acquisition process to further grow not only in the Italian market, but also on an international level.

The last company to become part of Zucchetti Group is Debcred, an organization that has been present on the Brazilian market for more than 20 years, specialized in the development and commercialization of ERP software for medium and big enterprises in different sectors (mechanical, chemical, ceramic, textile and distribution).

“We are enthusiast about this operation because it allows us to be more competitive on the market and to guarantee a successful future to our customers and collaborators” stated Marco Antonio Matheus, CEO and co-founder of Debcred. “Being part of Zucchetti Group is for us a source of pride because we will benefit from the group’s technological expertise and increase the range of solutions and services offered to our clients. Moreover, we expect a significant growth thanks to the trust inspired by the brand Zucchetti.”

“Debcred’s acquisition is strategic because it allows us to consolidate our presence on the market, to be more efficient and, above all, to meet the needs of companies of any size “ commented Alessio Mainardi, CEO of Zucchetti Brazil. “In the recent past we assisted to mergers between competing software houses that penalized customers in terms of service quality. We, instead, see this acquisition as a great opportunity since Debcred perfectly embraces Zucchetti’s philosophy ‘of the customer being our purpose’ and its solutions have satisfaction indexes higher than 98%.”

“By combining a strong brand, quality products and excellent services, the result can only be positive” added Enrico Itri, Zucchetti’s Worldwide Business Operations BU director. “Zucchetti’s goal is to consolidate its presence particularly in Brazil’s south-eastern region, that represents over 70% of the South American GDP, combining a solution already greatly appreciated by local enterprises to the reliability conveyed by Zucchetti, the leading Italian software house.”
