The Italian Zucchetti group focuses on international solutions at the CeBIT show in Hanover from March 20 – 24, in hall 5, stand E17. The management system "Mago4" is a one-click solution for all tasks in the areas of administration, finance and accounting, supply, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse and logistics. It is characterized by flexibility, scalability and great individual adaptability to business requirements. The multiple award-winning ERP solutions from Zucchetti are designed for international use and can be adapted to regional requirements. Mago4 is an Enterprise Resource Planning application with a strong international vocation right from the design stage. It has been prepared for international functional localizations. All modules and functionalities have been developed with consideration of efficiency and optimization of production processes.
Wide scope of worldwide functionalities The system is multilingual with 12 languages and freely installable so that it can be set for individual users without additional installations. It is easy to create documents in any language. The system manages multi-currency amounts and accounts in foreign currency. Mago4 adapts to the tax laws of different countries, European and non - European. Moreover the creation of SEPA XML file allows the payments to suppliers through the European banking system.
For logistics, supply chain management and production processes Warehouse Management System of Mago4 manages the receipt, putaway and entry of goods, and plans the inventory. Mago4 WMS is perfectly integrated with the other ERP modules, allowing you to navigate within all documents, ensuring you a complete tracing of the information flows.
An important feature of Mago4’s Supply Chain Management, is an integrated electronic invoicing system (B2C and B2B) which manages invoices and documents for different countries. The system manages the entire manufacturing process with many planning systems such as Kanban system, which allows to reduce costs and to eliminate errors related to production flow, and the Engineering change order that allows to authorize and to track all changes. The integration of RFID terminals is possible.
