What’s new:
• Define your own rules and supplement RateBoard's algorithm with your experience and strategies.
• Rules can be flexibly adapted based on key figures such as events, weather, occupancy, competitor prices, ADR, RevPar, specific price levels, a specific date range and several other key figures.
• Full transparency: From now on you can see the calculation of each rate in the Manage calendar (base rate + algorithm + rules + derivation + rounds).
• Operate strategic yielding: Apply rules up to 3 years into the future. This allows you to adapt even better to market changes and pursue even more revenue-optimized price management in a wide variety of situations.
• Adjust percentage or fixed rates for individual or multiple room categories.
Example - Midweek offerIf the RevPar is less than 100€ and the weekday is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and the period is between 01.10. and 01.11., then reduce the rates in each category by 15€.
Example - Last Minute Fair Weather SaleIf the occupancy rate is above 85% and we are 0-10 days before arrival (DBA) and the temperature forecast is above 25 degrees, then increase the rates for the Standard and Superior categories by 12%.
