Enhanced Integration: Tilby and Lean PMS

The Tilby cloud POS and Lean PMS integration now features enhanced reservation viewing, room charges, and optional product synchronization, enabling hospitality facilities to deliver 5-star service.

The integration between the Tilby cloud POS system and Lean PMS has recently been enriched with new features, thinked for all hospitality facilities willing to offer a 5-star service to their guests.

So far, connecting Lean and Tilby allows to directly view the details of each reservation and perform room charges directly on the POS software. Optionally it’s also possible to create and synchronize new products between the two systems.

Creating and managing table reservations in the hotel on LEAN and Tilby

For hotel facilities offering catering services, is now available the option to create both room reservations and table bookings in the dining area, directly from the PMS software. Tilby POS and LEAN PMS remain synchronized in real-time.

If guests opted for a stay including half-board or full-board, LEAN PMS can automatically create table reservations for every day of the guest's stay. This will also be synchronized with Tilby POS, allowing the management of every aspect of the service, including payment or charging extras to the room.
