Systopia has recently deployed TCPOS and Digital Concierge at two newly-opened corporate office buildings in the popular Hudson Yards area.
Hudson Yards is New York's newest neighborhood and home to more than 100 diverse shops and culinary experiences, offices for leaders in industry, significant public art and dynamic cultural institutions. Recently, Dirk Schwindling had the opportunity to visit both new client locations and to enjoy the sweeping views of New York City.
TCPOS is featured on some mid-level floors in “The Spiral”, a new 66-floor skyscraper with 2.85 million square feet and anchor tenants including Pfizer and Debevoise & Plimpton. Employees can use their company ID badges to purchase food and beverage in the cafes, barista bars, and juice bars.
Next door, 50 Hudson Yards is home to both BlackRock and Meta. There, Systopia has deployed its Digital Concierge within an Executive floor and a Conference floor. Meeting room attendees can request services in real-time using Digital Concierge paging devices located in each room. In the Executive dining rooms, waiters use Digital Concierge to record food and beverage selections; the orders are routed automatically to the Kitchen for preparation.
