'Italy's Best Employers' is the list of 400 Italian companies awarded as best employers by their employees.

The ranking, published on 4th October 2022 in 'Il Corriere della Sera', was drawn up by the company 'Statista' on the basis of an independent survey submitted to more than 12,000 workers belonging to more than 3,500 companies, without the companies involved having any influence on the results.

The final ranking was drawn up on the basis of the score given by employees to the company considering the following indicators: image and growth, family-work balance, development and prospects, compensation, workplace conditions and equipment, and sustainability.

Zucchetti was thus among the best companies to work for and among the first in the 'Internet, IT and Telecommunications' category.
