Expanding our reach with new partnerships and increasing the solutions we provide for existing clients
Zucchetti North America continues to develop its strategic partnership with AMResorts (AMR) and its 65 Mexico and Caribbean all-inclusive resorts. In the first week of April, Zucchetti North America and Vertical Booking, together, completed a new direct interface allowing Hyatt customers to book AMResorts properties on the Hyatt.com website. Hyatt loyalty members can also earn points and book rooms using points via Hyatt’s website.
Hyatt/AMR will also be able to give their guests more of what they want by increasing the value and benefits that their guests can take advantage of. Loyalty programs are a proven way to capture guests that will continue to visit the same properties repeatedly.
We executed extensive testing with Hyatt/AMR to ensure our systems are working smoothly. The interface went live with six of the AMR properties in April, and the remaining properties went live at the beginning of May. It is an exciting time for Zucchetti North America, expanding our reach with new partnerships and increasing the solutions we provide for existing clients.
