Web check outThanks to the interface with Nexi, a leading company for digital payments, the web check-out procedure allows guests to check their room bill from their own device - through a webapp - and to pay by credit card in a secure way.
Safety is also important for the hotel staff: Scrigno offers the housekeeping and maintenance App which manages the staff, such as housekeepers and maintenance workers, and charge the mini bar consumption to the room bill. This is what hoteliers can do:
Manage housekeepingBased on the features of each room, the system calculates the time required for cleaning, and the number of housekeepers required, based on the occupancy of the hotel. Using the supplied Android smartphone, the staff on duty displays the rooms to be cleaned, updates the status and reports any faults found.
Manage maintenanceThe system allows you to assign maintenance works after setting up the sectors (rooms, common areas, meeting rooms) and the required staff. The technician checks the work to be done from the PDA provided, and at the end inserts the details and timing of the intervention.
