Chapp Solutions at FITUR 2021

We presented POK self check-in solutions, as front desk automation is at the heart of hotel strategy

In the last edition of FITUR 2021, Chapp Solutions from Zuchetti Group was once again part of this important fair, whose primary objective this year was to contribute to the reactivation and innovation of the tourism sector.

With that goal, we presented the attendees with our POK self check-in solutions.
Now more than ever, front desk automation is at the heart of hotel strategy. Our self check-in solutions allow the hotel to offer the guests the possibility to make their own check-in in less than 30 seconds with the best user experience, an attractive design and a very intuitive interface, either at the hotel reception, in the comfort of their own home or in mobility.

Regarding our POK (Point of Kiosk) System, we presented two of the many models and services combinations available. 
The first model shown in FITUR allows the customer to perform a pre Check-in prior to arrival, receiving a QR code to scan once reached the Hotel in our POK and directly obtain the hotel key. 
The second model displayed, was set up with a document scanner and face recognition with which the client can autonomously perform a full check-in process upon arrival.

Both models have a compact and handy design, easy to place on any surface and fully customizable that will provide a fast, modern, contact free solution for customers and hotels looking for innovation and time efficient systems. 

With Chapp Solutions POK Systems unnecessary queues are avoided and Reception personnel will have the time to give the best customer service for a complete and improved experience
