With Mago4 you can enable Google features for translations and geolocalization.
From June 2018 some Google services, including geolocalization, are fee-based: a special activation key is required to continue using them. In Mago4 there are some functionalities that use these services and it is therefore possible to insert the key requested by Google in a TaskBuilder configuration file (manually or through Administration Console), thus enabling the linked functions.
With Mago4, it is therefore possible to fully exploit Google's services to perform automatic translations and view maps and routes within the program. In particular, it is possible to activate the “Translation” service for automatic translation and the one called “Geocoding” to search for location information related to an address, or view it on the map.
The new Automatic Generation of Translations procedure allows you to quickly and easily translate descriptions of different predefined entities, in any language, including Items, Payment Conditions, Price Lists and many others, available to the user.
The procedure then allows the translations to be adjusted over time, as it allows any editing or update to be made quickly, either individually or simultaneously for one or more entries.
It is also possible to directly import and export an XML file containing the appropriate translations. This mode allows you to use the procedure without Google service activation key.
This key also makes it possible, in many Mago4 master data containing a physical address (such as Customers, Suppliers, Inventories, etc.), to search for the current address, view it on a map and calculate the route from the address set in company master data to the one located at that time.
All this directly within each individual master data, in the name of solution usability ... always the signature of Mago4.
