The new company to become part of Zucchetti Group is Novalis, manufacturer of the Tulipa ERP software, a web native solution for SMEs.

The ERP Brazilian market is quickly moving from the traditional on-premise offer to a 100% cloud-based model with a higher than 25% annual growth-rate in the last three years. For this reason it is crucial to offer technologically advanced and scalable solutions, available also via mobile.

Thanks to the recent acquisitions, Zucchetti Group is now able to provide the Brazilian market with a software specifically designed for small, medium and big enterprises. Moreover, next to the traditional “off-the-shelf” offer, a dedicated team capable of managing personalizations and big complex projects has been created.

Novalis will operate as Zucchetti, reinforcing the brand on the market and significantly contributing to its growth on the Brasilian market thanks to a team of people extremely competent in the ERP world.

With this acquisition, Zucchetti further consolidates its positioning in the Southeast Reagion of Brazil, that counts for 55% of the country’s GDP. Moreover, Tulipa ERP’s acrhitecture will allow Zucchetti to expand its presence on the whole national territory, fostering the development of a network of partners dedicated to distributing Zucchetti’s software.
