At this year’s EuroCIS, Zucchetti presents a brand new app for guests in restaurants and public catering. With its “menu”, “order” and “payment” sections, the app becomes the perfect menu planner for guests that want to choose their meals before actually getting to the restaurant or canteen. With the “TCAPP” guests can in fact order and pay with their smartphone and the complete range of functionalities is seamlessly integrated in the existing POS system.

TCAPP: When guests are in a hurry
Guests automatically receive the restaurant’s menu on their smartphone. All dishes are displayed digitally so guests can conveniently choose their meals before visiting the restaurant. The app also draws attention to any specialties and provides an overview of allergens and loyalty programs can be integrated. The app is available to iOS and Android users – that way guests can easily order and pay on the way.

Zucchetti's TCPOS app is a white label solution i.e. clients can customize and adapt it to their own brand. It includes functionalities like the virtual customer card, order and collect as well as the possibility to order at the table.
