Zucchetti presents TCPOS iCore POS, for a complete digitization of retailers
At EuroCIS 2019 in Duesseldorf, TCPOS will present its new retail digitization strategy called “Grow Your Cure” under the umbrella of its Italian parent company Zucchetti. Technical highlights are the iCore, which integrates every process; the new TCAPP and a self-checkout currently live at department store chain Manor.
At TCPOS, the till as an iCore POS, transforms into a digital Hub of the entire system infrastructure in the retail and hospitality sectors. The iCore is supposed to drive and control all processes: checkout and payment, workforce management, ERP, logistics, the stationary branch as well as the online shop. In order to do that, all devices are organized with a uniform master database and a consistent master data maintenance.
While the internal data is as consistent as can be, there is plenty of room for individuality for users: the process can be customized according to the client’s wishes, both in terms of content concerning consumer preferences and wishes as well as in terms of design of the client’s brand. This allows retailers to create a new shopping experience that exceeds the traditional selling of goods and products. It transforms the shopping experience into something, where the digital and physical commerce mold and blur into one a new – a “phygital” – experience.
Together with their parent company Zucchetti (Hall 9/stand E22), TCPOS presents the integration of the following solutions in its multifunctional POS solution:
Apart from the iCore, TCPOS will present the TCAPP for the first time. It’s a white label solution with which caterers can offer their customers the possibility to pay via app.
The company’s workforce management solution Zucchetti HR Infinity will be exhibited as well. The solution covers all operative HR topics – from time and attendance, over workforce planning to workflow management and self-service functionalities: It allows the organization of employee and shifts based on qualifications, collective bargaining/wage agreements and other data and it provides web-based, mobile access.
