Founded around fifteen years ago, Octorate was established with the goal of simplifying the digital operations of accommodation providers.

In addition to being the company’s name, Octorate is also the name of the AI-Powered All-in-One hospitality platform that, since 2012, has helped accommodation providers connect bookings, distribution channels, payments, guests, data, and operations within a single cloud-based environment. With more than 160 integrations and a presence in over 100 countries, the platform offers a comprehensive solution for hospitality management.

The suite brings together a PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and other tools, including an AI agent for end-to-end operational management. This acquisition further expands the Group’s offering, driven by a clear mission: to simplify, optimize, and support the growth of hospitality businesses every day through next-generation digital technologies.
