The company promotes various measures related to working time organization, such as flexible start and end times, shorter working days on Fridays, reduced hours during the summer months and certain holidays, a pool of flexible hours, and personalized working-time distribution.

These positive results encourage management to continue strengthening its talent attraction and retention strategy, applying all necessary improvements to ensure maximum satisfaction among everyone in the organization.
