In its effort to better understand the concerns and level of satisfaction of the people who make up the organization, the software solutions manufacturer Zucchetti Spain carried out a Social Climate Survey during the last quarter of 2025, achieving very positive results regarding how employees perceive the company as a whole.
The company, committed to the well-being and stability of its staff, embraces an organizational model that places talent, job security, work–life balance, and professional growth at the center of its business strategy.

Zucchetti Spain remains firmly committed to promoting employment and supporting the well-being of its workforce as a key strategy for boosting motivation, contributing to personal development, and ensuring long-term business growth. In fact, one of the company’s main goals is to create high quality, long term employment.
“98% of our employees have permanent contracts,” says Justino Martínez, the company’s CEO, “figures that are well above the national average.”
This strong sense of stability is reflected in the Labor Climate Survey, where 82% of employees believe that job security is high.

A strong commitment to equality, work–life balance, career development, and a close, supportive environment
Zucchetti Spain has made significant efforts to become a benchmark in equality, diversity, and reducing the gender pay gap. From this perspective, over 98% of employees report a high level of satisfaction regarding equality, which is essential for fostering a healthy work environment.
Work–life balance also plays an important role in Zucchetti Spain’s corporate culture. The company promotes various measures related to working time organization, such as flexible start and end times, shorter working days on Fridays, reduced hours during the summer months and certain holidays, a pool of flexible hours, and personalized working-time distribution.
“As additional support for families with special needs, we have extended the 5-day leave period for the care of a family member to include employees who are responsible for relatives with rare diseases,” explains Isabel Busto, Deputy CEO of Zucchetti Spain.
The company is also implementing spatial flexibility measures, such as geographic mobility and remote work.

Zucchetti Spain’s employees are demonstrating a strong sense of commitment and motivation to continue growing within the company. More than 70% of surveyed employees state that they would like to take on new responsibilities, although their current job satisfaction is already high. In fact, 78% report being satisfied with their current job and responsibilities.
Additionally, workplace relationships and the overall environment are perceived as very positive. More than 96% report having good relationships with colleagues, and over 82% consider the work atmosphere to be positive.
The Labor Climate Survey conducted by Zucchetti Spain thus confirms that the company is highly valued by its employees for its work environment. These positive results encourage management to continue strengthening its talent attraction and retention strategy, applying all necessary improvements to ensure maximum satisfaction among everyone in the organization.
