Vertical Booking (Zucchetti Group), one of the world's leading Central Reservation Systems, today announced the first release of its extranet fully translated into Arabic. This update allows hotels in the Middle East to manage their daily distribution directly in their native language.
This release fills a specific gap sometimes the hoteliers face with the technology. While the guest-facing Premium Next Booking Engine already allowed customers to book in Arabic, this update extends the native language support to the back-office tools as well. With this step, the Channel Manager Extranet is now fully aligned with the local language needs allowing Revenue Managers and Reservation teams to work in their primary language. It simply removes the language barrier from complex daily operations.
The goal of this initiative is very clear: to make the software comfortable for the people who use it every day. A localized booking engine is great for guests, but a localized Extranet is essential for the teams running the hotel. This update ensures they have the right tools to do their job confidently and accurately.
