Statistical reports now include direct links to their documentation
Several statistical reports now feature direct links to their related help articles, opening in a new tab. This improvement allows users to quickly access detailed explanations, field descriptions, and export instructions while reviewing or generating reports, making daily operations faster and more intuitive.

Room change scheduling now allows same-day planning and improved availability management
Hotels can now schedule room changes for the same production day, offering greater flexibility in daily operations. Additionally, future room blockages are now correctly applied until the day before the guest’s checkout, and availability adjustments are automatically managed when changing room types. These improvements ensure more accurate planning, prevent overbookings, and streamline housekeeping coordination.

Expanded footnotes: add, edit, and save notes on invoices and reservations
Footnotes in LEAN invoices and proformas can now include up to four lines with 48 characters per line in the footer, and up to three lines with 32 characters per line in the client section. Notes can be added to payments, invoices, receipts, and reservations, and are automatically saved in the associated reservation. They can also be edited or deleted at any time before finalizing billing, providing more flexibility and clarity in your documents.

Send emails via Microsoft Graph (Office365)
The PMS now supports sending emails through Microsoft Graph (Office365) using OAUTH2 authentication. Configure your integration by registering an application in Microsoft Azure, setting the necessary permissions, and linking your PMS to the registered users. This allows secure and streamlined email sending directly from your hotel system.

Schedule payments by link with Adyen Virtual
The PMS now allows scheduling payment submissions via Adyen Virtual using the existing payment-by-link functionality. Payment rules can be configured to automate the process, making it easier to manage virtual payments and workflows directly from the system.
