EasyPlanning is the software for managing, sharing, online booking, and access control of scheduled services and physical resources.

EasyPlanning is easily accessible from the cloud through a simple web browser and does not require any installation on the clients' machines.

EasyPlanning is used in municipalities, universities, training institutions, and all areas where online booking of a service or resource is necessary. EasyPlanning is a SaaS service certified by AGID (Agency for Digital Italy).

MODULES

It surpasses old concepts of resource and service booking, allowing you to manage everything in a simple, intuitive, and smart way.

EasyPlanning - Reserved Area

The private section is reserved for administrative staff who configure the system and set the booking rules for services and resources, as well as for front-office staff who consult and manage appointments. It also allows for configuration of permissions and software levels for other users by administrative staff, such as sports association members who may be able to book or request only certain gym spaces.

EasyPlanning - Public Area

The public section of the system allows the public to independently book appointments for services, providing them with an appointment code, a QR code for access to the premises, or a link for telematic access to the appointment.

Integrated video conferencing system

The section of the system that enables virtual appointments. After booking from the public area, the booker will be provided with a link to use on the day of the appointment to conduct the conversation with the staff member in a telematic mode.

Access control module

Thanks to the Access Control module, EasyPlanning can also manage the phase following online booking, which involves managing access to premises by the bookers. The module tracks actual on-site access of a user by scanning the QR Code of the booking via a smartphone or tablet.
