Randazzo needed a linear, simple, and robust ERP and POS system that could support the company's Administrator, simplify their operational workload, and allow them to focus on more strategic activities, as well as the expansion of the company.


THE PROJECT
Randazzo chose Zucchetti after careful research to implement a management and POS system. The TCPOS POS system was of particular interest. During the project, it was decided that the ERP system Mago4 would be implemented before the POS system, allowing for more efficient visualization and automation of business processes. Mago4 simplified and automated tasks that were previously done manually, thanks to its flexibility and customization options.
The innovative approach of the project united the retail and wholesale divisions, creating a new grocery store as a 'Unique Selling Point'. Following this, the TCPOS POS system was installed, simplifying the management of sales and customer data for both management and employees. The complete integration of Mago4 and TCPOS POS significantly optimized Randazzo's business. The collaboration was made effective and friendly by the great satisfaction of the client with Zucchetti's solutions and the shared attitude and availability towards customers and partners, as both are family-run businesses with roots in Italy.
