Global personnel management: the winning paradigm with Zucchetti HR software

Lundbeck conducted an internal analysis to determine the best approach for internationally implementing its personnel and attendance management software . After careful evaluation, it became clear that the German branch had the most suitable structure, prompting Lundbeck to select Germany as the starting point for this ambitious project. The success achieved in the implementation in Germany significantly facilitated the replacement of the previous personnel management systems in Austria and Switzerland . Thanks to the solid foundation provided by the German pilot project, the integration of Zucchetti solutions was quick and seamless in the countries that aligned with the German implementation model. Lundbeck adopted Zucchetti software for attendance management as a fundamental tool to optimize personnel monitoring and management. With these solutions, the company was able to automate attendance registration processes, improving operational efficiency and reducing human errors. Furthermore, the integration of Zucchetti HR software provided Lundbeck with a comprehensive and real-time overview of employee attendance across all its international branches, enabling centralized and coordinated personnel management on a global scale.
