The Human Resources  Selection software lets you manage the personnel search process in a simple and integrated manner, reducing the management time of internal and external campaigns and the related costs.

Along with Job Posting and Applicant Tracking System software you can cover the entire recruiting process with advanced functions such as multiposting, social recruiting and Artificial Intelligence for CV screening.

With the Human Resources Selection software you can: 

• open selection campaigns, collecting requests automatically and defining candidate and costs;
• manage internal selection campaigns through internal job posting, mapping of staff skills and screening of CVs of employees in support of internal mobility;
• monitor the progress of the search campaign and candidates;
• involve managers of the application process according to an approved workflow rationale;
• manage personal data according to the GDPR regulation;
• manage recruitment formalities: recruitment proposal, recruitment letters and documents, communication to the Job Center;
• automate onboarding of new recruits thanks to guided induction programs to welcome them and provide them with everything they need for their work (documentation, information on working hours and location, company address book, equipment provided, suggested and managed training, etc.)

Human Resources Selection is available both in license mode (can be installed on customer premises or in the Zucchetti Data Center) and in Software as a Service mode.
