What does it mean to you to BeZucchetti?

For me, our tagline "Be Zucchetti" means that even though we work in a global company, with clients in over 50 countries, we still share a solid corporative culture with our more than 8,000 colleagues. Despite our huge size, we maintain a strong sense of unity.

This essential part of our core values has kept the company in the leadership position of a highly competitive market for the past 40 years. I believe that our motto “We innovate to improve your life” really embodies Zucchetti's balance between technological development and people-oriented purpose.

We market "the power of integration" what does that mean?
Why is that a strong point for
Zucchetti?

Along with innovation, we also sell the power of integration: a product is far less impressive if it is not part of a complete ecosystem. We offer more than a single solution, we deliver a whole family of products, aiming to offer an answer to all our customers’ needs.

Working at Zucchetti means daily challenges and constant evolution. Although the company's ambitious vision of global expansion pushes us to deliver results in a high-performance environment, we as employees perceive that Zucchetti keeps on taking great care of its most valuable asset: people.
