Zucchetti Spain acquires 100% of Sarce Spain

Zucchetti Spain has formalized the purchase of 100% of Sarce Spain, a company dedicated to Travel & Expenses management solutions, which has the ZTravel product, one of the most powerful and mature solutions for corporate travel management and expense notes in the market. This operation is a new step in Zucchetti Spain's growth strategy in our country, which reaffirms its position as an IT reference.
Sarce España is a young company with a great projection. It began its journey in 2016 as a distributor of ZTravel, an innovative suite that favors the digitization and automation of travel management processes and expense notes in all types of companies. ZTravel's solutions respond to the new mobility needs of companies and favor the elimination of paper.

In these five years of trajectory Sarce España has achieved an important presence in the national market, where its ZTravel Next solutions for medium and large companies operating in international environments and ZTravel Smart for micro and SME's, have had a great reception, being chosen for the management of Travel & Expenses by important companies such as Calidad Pascual, Finsa, Affinity, Cosentino...

This successful growth strategy and the innovation of its solutions led Zucchetti Spain to turn its attention to Sarce Spain to complete its HR management product offering.

ZTravel, the strategic tool for corporate travel and expense management, joins Zucchetti Spain's portfolio

ZTravel solutions are differentiated by providing innovative functionalities such as certified scanning approved by the AEAT, which allows the elimination of receipts, or OCR technology for optical character recognition and human review services of receipts to automate the capture of tickets. In addition, they can be integrated with other third-party software with which the company works, such as ERP or payroll, which favors the integration of information.

With the acquisition of Sarce España, Zucchetti Spain strengthens its presence in the HR mobility market by adding ZTravel Next and ZTravel Smart to its portfolio, solutions that respond to the new needs of companies, such as guaranteeing the safety of workers in their travels and trips in the new normality or managing the expenses derived from teleworking. With ZTravel, Zucchetti Spain provides its customers with a single travel management solution that integrates the services of other providers such as self-booking solutions or applications from leading travel service providers: Uber, Cabify, travel agencies...

The acquisition of 100% of Sarce Spain is a new step in the growth strategy of Zucchetti Spain, which consolidates its leadership among national software manufacturers.
