As North America begins to reopen, Vertical Booking USA continues to proactively work with our hotels on solutions to assist them in generating revenue and communicating with their guests. In response to their feedback, and with the assistance of our Vertical Booking Italian development team, we have built a number of tools to assist our customers as they ease back to business, including:

• A Gift Certificate Booking Engine which allows our hotels to sell Gift Certificates directly from their own website.
• A Customizable Pop-up Banner for our client’s website and booking engine to communicate their health and safety measures.
• Refund Vouchers which enable our hotels to easily generate vouchers as an alternative to refunds. 

We are providing all of these features at no cost to our clients to assist them during such uncertain times.
