Yes, the Infinity ZMaintenance system allows you to extract data in various formats, including Excel and PDF. Data extraction can be done through the print functionality available in each section of the application or by generating custom reports

Is integrated standard reporting provided, along with the ability to create custom reports?

The ZMaintenance software natively includes a series of standard reports tailored to the specific features of each application area of the system (such as profiles, maintenance, contracts, and more). Additionally, the platform has an integrated query and report generation tool that allows for the creation of any additional reports needed.

Can invoices be issued for maintenance work carried out by a third-party company?

ZMaintenance allows for the creation of a proforma invoice for maintenance work. Thanks to the integration, the software provides all the necessary elements for invoicing by the associated accounting management system (from Zucchetti or another provider), which will handle invoicing and company accounting.

With ZMaintenance, is it possible to manage the spare parts and materials inventory?

Yes, through the dedicated 'Inventory' module. This functionality allows you to manage the inflow and outflow of materials in addition to managing the profiles of spare parts and items.
