Canteen Management Web is the specific Zucchetti solution that allows managing canteen booking and consumption. Therefore, courses available for the employees and menus that may be used by them may be defined.

Canteen Management Web allows to:

  • register bookings and/or consumptions that are generated by a terminal, storing the details on every single course;
  • register bookings inserted via touch screen display by each employee;
  • manage the rectification transactions of the booking performed from the canteen booking/consumption terminal;
  • print the list of booked courses to be sent to the canteen administrator for the preparation of meals;
  • calculate the number of meals consumed by the employee with the related cost in euros;
  • export data to external applications;
  • manage bookings/consumptions of the visitors and guests that use the canteen

Canteen Management Web is integrated with Zucchetti terminals where employees can reserve canteen courses.

Located at the entrance of the canteen, the terminal allows entry to all employees provided with identification badges and send the data to the canteen manager –whocan view reservations made by employees in detail – charging, if necessary, the amounts owed by individual employees.
