F.lli Claudio & Carlalberto Corneliani S.p.A., with its head office in Mantova, is an international leader in men’s clothing, featuring quality and experience acquired over decades of service to men.

Started in the ‘30s, among the Italian confection pioneers, the company found its definite consolidation in the second part of the ‘50s. Besides Italy, the company has offices all over the world with direct and indirect sales points, personal show rooms in Mantova, Milan, New York and Madrid; in the United States the company operates with Corneliani U.S.A. - New York. The export registers continuously increasing rates on traditional markets (such as Made in Italy) as well as on new discovered markets.

Product quality and an outstanding management capacity, have been determinant for the success that for over thirty years has been distinguishing Corneliani S.p.A..

The large number of employees and the international presence (many show rooms abroad) impose Corneliani a punctual and efficient personnel management policy; therefore, the Personnel Department always gave a particular attention to selecting tools that would favour the achievement of company objectives. Unsatisfied by the previous supplier of payroll management, in 2001 the Personnel Department of Corneliani searched for a new technological Partner capable of guaranteeing the best value-for-money services with high added value and qualified assistance.

Among different solutions analyzed, Zucchetti Payroll was the best choice able to meet all requirements.

In 2001 Corneliani acquired the user licenses of  Payroll and Employee Cost Budget and in 2004, Human Resources Management and Time and Attendance.  The latter, taking into consideration the client’s operational field, required customizing the contract in order to allow flexibility and hour bank’s management.
