ZUCCHETTI AND TICKETHOUR ESTABLISH A NEW COMPANY IN QATAR
Zucchetti, global leader in access control solutions for stadiums and supplier of security solutions in over 50 countries, and Tickethour, ticketing systems market leader operating in Europe, have signed an agreement with Sheik H.E Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani with the purpose of establishing Tickethour Co WLL.

The new company, with head office in Doha, shall provide security and automation products and services to all the Countries members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, and Qatar), relying on the remarkable experience acquired in the field by Tickethour and Zucchetti and the incomparable market knowledge of Sheik H.E Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani. Domenico Uggeri, Vice President of Zucchetti, states: 'The success achieved by the Zucchetti access control system, installed within eight stadiums in Qatar for the Asian Cup 2011, has convinced us to invest in this country, also in consideration of the high development potential and the fact that Qatar will host the Football World Cup in 2022.
From a technical point of view, we have already created solutions able to operate also in harsh climatic conditions, including the high temperatures that the Middle East experiences throughout certain periods of the year.' Moreover, Zucchetti presents itself as a global supplier, providing its clients not only with complete hardware and software solutions, but also with 360 degrees pre-sales and post-sales services.
A further advantage, provided by the Zucchetti offer, is the native integration of our access control solutions with the ticketing systems supplied by Tickethour, a key factor in providing a solution capable of covering all the requirements of the clients during major international sports and/or recreational events.
